Book Fair Photos for Browsing and Teacher Wishlists are now posted here
The PS116 Scholastic Bookfair returns in person this year! Students will shop for books with their class in the gym during the school day. You will receive a notice from your teachers about sending in money to shop (please note that books are taxed). There are many books ranging in price - some paperbacks as low as $5! Hardcover picture books average $17-$25 plus tax. Remember the Book Fair is a fun event for the school and a fundraiser for the PTA! Proceeds go to purchase Scholastic books for the classroom libraries.
NEW E-wallets! Parents may create an e-wallet that adds funds from your credit card for their child to use. Grandparents and friends can add money to a child's e-wallet for spending like a gift card. Any funds not spent will be converted to a scholastic gift card to use at future book fair or monthly book clubs. More information about e-wallets can be found in a video here: https://youtu.be/u2jIEr9TtzY

NEW Personal Shopping for Families: Unfortunately due to Covid regulations parents will not be permitted to shop in person. If you would like to purchase books the PTA is offering Personal Shopping. We will post photos of all displays March 5th. Parents can email below with book lists that they want to purchase and we will reply with pricing. Parents will need to create an e-wallet (or send cash) for the PTA Personal Shopper to purchase books and deliver to you at pick up or drop off. Thank you!

Teacher Wishlists! Teachers will be creating wishlists on March 7th. Check back here for a link to see posted Wishlists if you would like to purchase for the classroom or a copy for your home.
You can help purchase new books for your child's classroom by contributing funds to your teacher's e-wallet with the links below. When you purchase books for the classroom the PTA will add a name plate in the book with your family name. Thank you for supporting your classroom library!
